Budget Prepper Tools (BPT) is a resilient planning system designed for high-availability offline use and optional cross-device synchronization. Your privacy is not just a policy; it is a fundamental requirement.

We collect only the data necessary for your survival planning. This includes your local inventory (Nutrition, LPG, Power), family profiles, and personal plans. By default, this data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage (SQLCipher on Android).

Users may choose to activate 'Cloud Sync'. When enabled, your data is transmitted via secure HTTPS/TLS encryption to our Secure Cloud (hosted on secure European servers). This allows you to persist your plans across the Android App and Web interface. This process is strictly optional and can be deactivated at any time.

We comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the absolute right to access your data, rectify inaccuracies, and request 'Account Deletion' at any time through your User Dashboard.

The Android application requests specific permissions: • GPS/Location: Used exclusively for the Status Feed and Area Map. Your real-time location is never stored on our servers unless you explicitly save a Point of Interest (POI). • Notifications: Used for critical expiration alerts and system status.

We do not sell, trade, or distribute your personal profiles to third parties. Data is retained only as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts with no activity for 24 months may be cleared to maintain system integrity.

Our resilient tools are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us immediately for account deletion.
